Auto-Renewal Service Agreement
1. How Auto-Renewal Works
- ReelFlock subscription plans are auto-renewing. After enrollment, we will automatically charge the plan fee for each billing cycle to the payment method you provided on the payment page at the start of each billing cycle, without requiring per-charge confirmation from you.
- Billing cycles are either monthly (charged once per month) or yearly (charged once per year), according to the cycle you selected at enrollment.
- Charges are initiated and processed by our licensed payment service provider (currently Stripe; if additional channels such as Alipay are added, they will be clearly indicated on the enrollment page). We do not store your full payment credentials.
2. Billing Plans and Amounts
Each charge equals the price of the plan you confirmed at enrollment (or your most recent plan change). The exact amount and cycle are governed by the subscription confirmation page and order confirmation. Current plans are as follows (in USD; see the pricing page for the latest prices):

If we adjust plan prices, we will notify you in advance. Price adjustments do not affect billing cycles already in effect, and we will not charge you more than the amount you have confirmed without your renewed confirmation.
3. Payment Notices
- Stripe processes payments and may send receipts or renewal notices depending on the payment method, applicable rules, the contact information you provide, and the email settings we enable in Stripe.
- We do not guarantee an email before or after every renewal charge. You can review your subscription status and next billing date, or cancel renewal, at any time under "Account → Plan & Billing → Manage / Unsubscribe."
- Where applicable law requires a separate notice before renewal or a price change, we will provide notice as required.
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time: sign in to ReelFlock → "Account" → "Plan & Billing" → "Manage / Unsubscribe", and complete cancellation on the subscription management page; or e-mail [email protected] to request cancellation.
- After cancellation, no further charges will occur from the end of the current billing cycle; you may continue to use the paid service until the end of the current cycle.
- Cancelling auto-renewal incurs no additional fees.
5. Refunds
- Except as required by law or otherwise agreed in the order, fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable.
- Unauthorized charges: if a charge is made against your will due to account takeover or similar reasons, you may contact us at [email protected]. Once verified, we will immediately cancel the relevant subscription and auto-debit authorization and refund the unauthorized charges.
6. Changes to this Agreement
We may revise this Agreement from time to time. For material changes involving charge amounts, billing cycles, or cancellation methods, we will notify you in advance via in-product notice or e-mail. Continued use of the auto-renewal service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. You may cancel auto-renewal before a change takes effect.
